GLENVILLE-- Madelon D. Seifts, 100, passed away peacefully Monday morning at the Glendale Home.
Madelon was born on January 9th, 1912 in Malone, New York. She was an amazing woman with a heart of gold and an infectious smile. She lived to care for her family, the pride of her life.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Loran F. Seifts.
Survivors include her devoted daughter, Paula Anne (Charles William) Ross; loving grandchildren, Nicol Elizabeth (Mark) Taylor, Heather Marie (David) Green, Charles Loran (Jennifer Bristol) Ross; adoring great-grandchildren, Zachyia Starr, Charles Sherwood, Ashlee Marie, Matthew John, Grace Lynn, Ekirra Savon, Madeline Elizabeth and Michael David; niece, Beverly (John) Mooney and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 9 AM at St. Margaret of Cortona Church, Rotterdam Junction. Interment to follow in Linlithgo Rural Cemetery, Linlithgo, New York.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the Jones Funeral Home, 1503 Union St. (at McClellan St.) on this evening (Wednesday) from 5 to 8 PM.
