Maida Robinson, 77, passed away Monday, February 13, 2012 at Ossian Health Care in Ossian. Born in Middlesboro, KY, Maida worked as a Press Operator with Coverall Rental for 9 years. She loved to spend time with her family and enjoyed all types of crafts including making dolls, crocheting and drawing.
Surviving are her husband, Frank Robinson Sr. of Fort Wayne; son, Frank Robinson Jr. of Ossian; 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; brothers, James Redmond and Jerry Redmond of Middlesboro, KY; sisters, Melby Wyrick of GA, Linda Horton, Molly Capps, Debbie Partin and Marlene Redmond all of Middlesboro, KY. Maida was preceded in death by her parents, Tim and Betty Redmond; brothers, JP Redmond, Pearl Redmond,Tim Redmond, Jr. and Eugene Redmond.
Service is 10am, February 16, 2012 at D.O. McComb and Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield Avenue, Pastor Gene Branscomb officiating, with calling one hour prior. Visitation is 2 to 5pm and 7 to 9pm Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Research.
