Malcolm “Daniel” Smith, Sr., 67, of Gray Court, SC passed away October 17, 2010.
He was a charter member and superintendent of Hickory Tavern Church of God. He was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict.
Surviving are his wife of 40 years, Teresa Raines Smith; son, Danny Smith and wife, Brandy of Pelzer; daughter, Kim Weathers and husband Stacy of Hickory Tavern; brother, William E. Smith, Jr. of Campbello; and three grandchildren, Tanner and Kacey Weathers and Amber Hedden.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday at Cannon Funeral Home, Fountain Inn.
The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Hickory Tavern Church of God. Rev. Chad Jordan and Rev. Terry Wilkerson will officiate. Burial will be in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
At other times the family will be at the residence of Kim Weathers, 373 Crawford Road, Gray Court, SC.
