Mandisa "Disa" Simone Jordan, 19, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2012. She was the daughter of Melissa Jordan and Leonard Mukuhi, who survive her. She is also survived by her brothers, Dion, Jurell, and sisters, Raeshaun, Zenobia, and Martha; grandparents, Robert and Martha Payton; and a host of uncles, great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and special extended family members. A gathering will be 2 to 3 pm Thursday, February 9, 2012 at Mungovan and Sons Memorial Chapel, 2114 South Calhoun St.
