Mandy Hulcy Davis was born in Marked Tree, Arkansas on May 3, 1937 to Tolmage and Gertrude Cooner Hulcy. She went to be with the Lord on June 7, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh F. Davis. She is survived by her children, Frank and wife Prue, Tommy and wife Bonnie, and Patti; grandchildren, Brandi and husband Mario, Clinton, Alex, and Brian; great-grandchildren, Christian, Destiny, Anthony, Raegan, and Brayden. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a lifelong member of Cockrell Hill United Methodist Church where she met her second "church" family and formed many lifelong relationships.
