Manijeh Riazi, age 81, of Overland Park, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2012. She was born on December 10, 1930 in Shahpour, Iran, the daughter of Atikeh and Khalil Riazi.

Survivors include her son, Sassan (Katereh) Mahobian; daughter, Soussan Mahboubian; two sisters, Simin and Eshrat; four grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 21, 2012 at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS 66210. Burial will be held in the Johnson County Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3846 W. 75th St, Prairie Village, KS 66208.
