Marcia Minkovich, 67, of Belle Vernon passed away Sunday, April 22, 2012 in Jefferson Regional Medical Center. A daughter of Emogene Kissler Posick and the late Matthew Posick, she was born in North Charleroi on June 17, 1944. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, she was a member of the Marion Presbyterian Church and loved to travel as well as vacationing to the beach. Survivors include her husband Carl, sons Todd, and wife Laurie Chester of Monessen and Dana Chester and fiancé Tanya Bergman of Monessen, step-sons Jeffrey Minkovich of Latrobe, Joe Minkovich of Brentwood, her mother Emogene Posick of Fairhope, a sister Barbara Maston of Richeyville, five grandchildren, Shawn McAlister-Minkovich, Courtney, Zachary, Payton and Maci Chester. Marcia is also survived by numerous nephews and cousins. Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 PM Tuesday in the Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., (724-929-5300), 700 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon. www.FergusonFuneralHomeAndCrematory.com Funeral services will be in the funeral home on Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. with Reverend Robert Prinkey officiating.
