Margaret M. (Barksdale) Vecchione, Of Plymouth passed away on March 10, 2009 at the Jordan Hospital after a brief illness at the age of 60.
Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on November 25, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Leo H. and Eleanor N. (Nestor) Barksdale.
She was the beloved mother of Paul Vecchione & his wife Tanya of Holliston and Meghan Cremone & her husband Frank of Belmont. Sister of Sheila Irvin of Pittsfield, Joseph Barksdale of Waltham, Paula Barksdale of Lexington, & Jane McHugh of Arlington. Loving grandmother of Alexandra, Jack & Tommy Cremone and Danica Vecchione. Fiancee of Richard Byrnes of Brockton.
She was a retired Paralegal for Segalini & Neville Attorneys at Law.
Her funeral will be held from the Stanton Funeral Home, 786 Mount Auburn Street, Route 16, Watertown on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 9:00 A.M. Funeral Mass in St. Eulalia's Church, Winchester at 10:00 A.M. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours on Friday, March 13, 2009 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Interment private.
