My memories of Maria Estela are all about her ability to prepare the most delicious meals and serve them eloquently yet make one feel as welcomed as the closest member of her family. To our dear friends Manuela and Jose Duarte, and their family-We express our deepest sorrow at the passing of Manuela's mother. Though we never had the privilege of meeting her, it is enough that she was Manuela's mother to tell us that she was a great and kind soul. From the Mulvaney-Fischkin Family with our love and deep sadness -- sent to all relatives and friends of Maria Estela Neves. A great, spirited soul has passed on to the next life. We remember the joyous and unforgettable day she visited us in San Clemente with her beloved husband and our dear friends Manuela and Jose. With delight, Sra. Neves watched our sons, then little boys - now young men -jump on the backyard trampoline. Just a small scene. But it meant so much to us.

Every day we will remember all the special ways you honored your family and loved us. You are the dearest person and we'll miss you always. Thank you for being in our life.
