Today we celebrate the life of Maria Ramirez. Maria was born on March 3, 1920 in Madrid, Spain where she was educated and where she met and married Manuel Ramirez. To that union were born Joaquin, Emilio, and Concepcion Ramirez. Maria was a devoted home maker to her family and enjoyed fine home decor and antiques. Her family came to the United States in 1987 where she rebuilt her life after the passing of her husband.
Maria is survived by her daughter Concepcion Ramirez and her son Emilio Ramirez. She also leaves to mourn nine grandchildren--Fernando, Nelly, Julie, Danny, Caroline, Maria Del Carmen, Maria Antonieta, Kevin, and Kyla; fifteen great grandchildren-- Alyssa, Matthew, Jacob, C.J. Michelle, Joaquin, Constantino, Carlos, Sebastian, Brianna, Jose, Asia, David, Dante, and Sarah; and a host of beloved nieces, nephews and friends who were inspired by her loving spirit and zest for life.
