Marian Richardson

Richardson, Marian, 87, beloved mother, nana, and grandmother, left this earth to join her husband of 62 years, August 15, 2011. Marian was born December 19, 1923 in Robinson, KS. She was a charter member of Pilgrim Congregational Church. She loved gardening, bingo, and was an excellent cook and seamstress. Marian retired from Sears after 30 years of service as a cashier and auditor and loved her retirement, spending the early years of it traveling the United States. She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Richardson in 2008. Marian is survived by her daughters, Kathy (Ron) Crutchfield, Patricia Legion, and Nina (George) Cusick; grandchildren, Lisa Morabito, Chris (Ruthie) Markovich, Shane (Sherri) Gula, Aaron Legion, and Dustin Cusick; great-grandchildren, Gina, Roman, and John Morabito and Gaven Markovich; and great-great grandson, Parker Bezdek. A private family service will be held with interment taking place at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pilgrim Congregational Church Soup Kitchen, 6000 E. Harry, Wichita, KS 67218. Marian was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, and friend and will be greatly missed by all of the lives that she touched.
