Marianna Lee Buysse, 87, of Miami Road, South Bend, Indiana, passed away, Friday, April 8, 2011, at her home. Marianna was born on April 4, 1924, in Plymouth, Indiana, to Roscoe G. and Ida (Gurthet) Lee. She was a graduate of Plymouth High School, in the Class of 1942, and also a graduate of Purdue University. Marianna was a school teacher in the La Paz and South Bend School Systems. Marianna became the bride of Robert H. Buysse in August of 1947, in South Bend. Robert preceded her in death on June 4, 1992. She is survived by her nephews, David W. Lee of Los Alamos, New Mexico and Eric V. Lee of Atlanta, Georgia. Also surviving are several other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband and by her brother, Dr. R. Wendell Lee. Memorials may be given to the choice of the donor. ~VISITATION~ WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13, 2011, 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M.
