Fiske, Marilyn L., 74, a resident of Cathedral Square Apartments, Providence, died Sunday, January 17, 2010.  She was born in Providence, a daughter of the late Elton and Annie (Burke) Fiske and resided in Providence most of her life.  Marilyn had been a waitress for many years.  She was very independent and loved to listen to talk radio.  She was the sister of the late Elton J. Fiske and is survived by her nieces, Karen M. Dapont of Warwick, Cecelia A. St. Vincent of Warwick, and Annmarie Fallon of West Warwick.  She was aunt of the late James D. Fiske and Walter R. Fiske.


 


Her funeral will be private.  Arrangements with the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home.
