Marion Alexander Miller "Brother, M A" age 84 of Dallas, Texas passed away June 24, 2011. Born on October 12, 1926 to Jeffrie and Tempie Miller in Frankston, Texas. He was the third of six children.
He confessed in Christ at an early age while attending Running Spring Baptist Church.
He attended G.W. Carver High School, Class of 1946, where he was a basketball and baseball player. He furthered his education at Prairie View A&M University at Hempstead, Texas.
On June 12, 1953 he married the love of his life, Verna McGee of Marshall Texas. To this union four children were born.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Verna; one sister, Mozell; one brother, Rudolf; and one granddaughter, Kenya. His passing is mourned by three daughters, Donna, Janice and Sheryl; one son, Kenneth; three grandchildren, Omari, Jazmine and Malcolm; two great grandchildren, Shani and Bobby; one brother, Jeffrie Miller; two sisters, Doris Jones(Edgar) and Bertha Thompson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
