Waltham- Mrs. Marion T. (Dustin) Perkins of Waltham died Friday January 29, 2010 at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She was 74. Marion was born July 20, 1935 in Jamaica Plain, a daughter of the late James E. and Mary ( Ferguson) Dustin. A Waltham resident for the past fifty four years, Marion has been employed by the RTN Credit Union in Waltham as a mortgage processor for the past twenty five years.In her spare time, she enjoyed bowling, movies, going out for dinner and spending time with her grandchildren. Marion was the wife of the late Joseph G. Perkins and leaves her children, Kathleen Barrett and Karen Trundle both of Waltham, and Kenneth Perkins and his wife Judith of Hudson, New Hampshire, her grandchildren, Derek Nocera, Kevin Barrett, Kelly Barrett Eloufir, Leighanne and Kenneth Perkins, Kaitlyn Trundle, and her great grandchild, Logan Olson; her sister, Lorraine Connaughton and her husband Paul, and Edward Dustin all of Mansfield, John Dustin and his wife Vicky of Holbrook and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will honor and remember Marion's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. and again at 9 a.m. on Thursday morning before leaving in procession to Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 880 Trapelo Road where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Saint Joseph's Cemetery in West Roxbury.
