Soares, Marjorie A., (Potter), 78, died Sunday, August 19, 2012 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. She was the beloved wife of William A. Soares for 56 years and a daughter of the late Clark and Lillian Potter. Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons and their wives, William C. and Mary Ann Tasca-Soares, Richard and Linda Soares, Kenneth A. and Deborah Soares; two sisters, Barbara Cole and Doris Gannon; two grandchildren, Rebecca and Joseph Soares. She was the sister of the late Pete Potter, Lillian LaPardo and Mildred Paolino. Her funeral service will be held Thursday, August 23 at 10 am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. Burial will be in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick. Visiting hours Wednesday 5-7 pm.
