Mark A. Honeycutt, 46 of the Three Creek Community near El Dorado, formerly of Little Rock passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at his parent's home.
He was born on May 2, 1965 in Springhill, Louisiana. Mark was a graduate of the Junction City High School, formerly employed with Arkansas Chemical and Great Lakes Chemical Company, and was of the Baptist faith. Mark loved riding his nieces and nephews on the golf cart and spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert A. "Bob" and Blanche Honeycutt and grandfather, Uron Tracy Maness.
Mark is survived by his parents, Lyle and Jo Honeycutt of El Dorado; two brothers, Tracy Honeycutt and wife Brenda of Lawson, Greg Honeycutt and wife Heather of Norphlet; three nephews, Austin Honeycutt and wife Linley of Marysville, Clayton Honeycutt, Justin Pike both of Norphlet; two nieces, Kelsey Honeycutt of Lawson, Julie Pike of Norphlet; one great niece, Kenlee Honeycutt and one expected in March both of Marysville; a grandmother, Mable Maness of El Dorado; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and special canine companion Shelly.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 11:00 am at the Parkers Chapel First Baptist Church with Bro. Larry Hudson officiating. Burial will follow at Old Parkers Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. of Magnolia. Visitation with the family will be Friday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the church.
