Marlene Ethel Byrd, 71 of New Haven, CT passed away June 25, 2012. Born to the late George Michael and Adeline Lane-Moore on December 4, 1940 in New Haven, CT. She leaves to cherish her memory; sons, Lewis Michael and James Byrd both of New Haven; daughter, Nadene Byrd-Yokley of New Haven; brother, Thomas Lane of Houston, TX; sisters, Janice Riles of West Haven, Ava Johnson of Stafford, VA; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, special grandson, Brandon Moore, special son-in-law, Billy and daughter-in-law, Felicia and a host of family and friends. She was predeceased by sister Rosalie Michael, brother, Marvin Michael and son John Harold Byrd.
