Marlon Western, age 80, of Houston, Arkansas passed away, Wednesday, September 11, 2013. He was born October 27, 1932 near Milan, Tennessee, a son of William Grady Western and Becky Gurley Western. He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict, and was a farmer and of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Maxwell Western of Houston; daughter, Becky Pearrow of Elaine; sons, Allen Dale Western of Russellville; Glen Western of Conway; Ricky Western of Danville; and Franklin Western of Houston; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 14, at May Cemetery with Bro. John Chapman and Bro. Stan Wallace officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday September 13, at Harris Funeral Home of Perryville. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Perryville.
