HACKMEYER
Mrs. Martha Elizabeth Hackmeyer, age 90 – Born in Four Oaks NC, and a long time resident of Mobile died Wednesday, May 4 2011. She was a loving mother and avid gardener.
She was preceeded in death by her daughter, Patricia Ann Hackmeyer; grandson, James Dean Edwards; and son-in-law James E. Burnes. She is survived by five children: John J. Hackmeyer Jr. (Stella) of Flowood, MS; Michael Hackmeyer (Pam) of Mobile; Elizabeth Ann Burnes of Fairhope; Deborah Midgette (Ben) of Saucier, MS; Mark Hackmeyer (Laurie) of Mobile; eight grandchildren: Lisa Valentine (Jason) of Mobile; Jessica Reid (Brian) of Fairhope, Danielle Cowart (John) of Fort Walton Beach, FL; Nathan Hackmeyer of Mobile, Ben Midgette III of Houston TX; John Midgette of Brooklyn, NY; Christopher Hackmeyer of Mobile; Charles (Casey) Hackmeyer of Mobile: and seven great grand children.
The graveside service and interment will be held Saturday, May 7, 2011 in Pine Crest Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at 10:00 am Saturday at Pine Crest Funeral Home.
