Marvin C. Isrel
October 6, 1938 – October 20, 2011

Marvin C. Isrel, 73, of Huntsville, passed away Thursday at his residence. He was a native of Atlanta, GA but has resided here in Huntsville for the past 30 years. Mr. Isrel worked in the insurance profession for 45 years, retiring in 2003. He is preceded in death by his parents, Morris and May Isrel; two brothers, Tommy G. and Maurice Isrel; two sisters, Betty Jacobs and Marge Guthas.
Mr. Isrel is survived by his wife of 51 years, Paulette Isrel; two sons, Clark Isrel and Gregory Isrel; daughter, Stephanie Ellis, and her husband, Philip; two grandchildren, Jessica and Cody Ellis.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 2pm at Valhalla Funeral Home Chapel with Maurice Isrel, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 7pm until 8pm. Burial will be at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
