Mary Elizabeth Comstock

Mary Elizabeth Comstock, age 73 of East Haddam passed away at Middlesex Hospital on Saturday, June 23rd. She was the beloved mother of Jennifer B. Warman of East Haddam.
She was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on April 17, 1939 the daughter of George Merwin and Mary Elizabeth (Simpson) Erling. Mary had been a resident of East Haddam for the past fourteen years and was formerly of Clinton. She was a gifted artist who worked with many natural materials applying them to many different types of media. Mary was blessed with a very green thumb and greatly enjoyed gardening. She loved her many furry grandchildren and was a loving mother who will be greatly missed. Besides her daughter Jennifer and her husband Brian, she leaves her son Timothy Comstock, of Fort William, Scotland, UK and her brother, Richard Erling of Granby. There will be no funeral services.
