MILLERSBURG - Mary J. Etzweiler, 85, passed away Saturday, September 3 at Manor at Susquehanna Village. She was born on Oct. 8, 1925 in Millersburg the daughter of the late John and Bessie (Keiter) Stence. She was a member of Calvary Wesleyan Church, Millersburg. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul I. Etzweiler. She is survived by her sons Bruce of Manassas, Va, Leon of Halifax, Jim of Halifax, Dale of Landisville, daughters Carol Harper of Halifax, Sharon Cooley of Allenwood, PA; 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren. Brother Bob Stence of San Diego, CA, sisters Shirley Whitman of Millersburg, Gladys Fahnestock of Halifax, Freida Koppenhaver of Spring Glen, Dharlys Walters of Penns Creek, PA and Barbara Adams of Ephrata, PA. She was preceded in death by a brother Bill Stence and a sister Betty George.. The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 13 from 10-11 AM at Calvary Wesleyan Church, Millersburg. Funeral Services will be held at the church at 11:00 am with burial to follow at Spring Grove-Fetterhoffs in Halifax, PA.
