Butler-Brown, Mary Louise “Weezie” 87 died Tuesday, October 4, 2011. She was the wife of the late William Butler and the late William P. Brown and daughter of the late William and Ardella (Royan) Little. Weezie, as she was known by her family and friends enjoyed going to Foxwoods with her son, visiting her grandson in New York City and spending Sunday afternoons with the Duffy family. She is survived by her son, James W. Brown and daughter, Bonnie L. McKenna and her husband, Jack; grandson, Michael P. McKenna and best friends, Kenny and Nancy Duffy and their children, Ryan, Tyler and Mackenzie. She was the sister of the late Royal Little, Doris Kelly, Adeline Toolin, Virginia Langlais, Gertrude Smith. and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 8:30 am from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Joseph Church, Providence Street, West Warwick. Burial in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Friday 8:30-9:30 am. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904 will be appreciated.
