MARY LOUISE ASHER Mary L. Asher, age 87, passed away on June 1, 2011. She was born on October 27, 1923 in Jefferson, MO. Mary grew up in Missouri and later moved to Camas. She married John R. Asher and they moved to White Salmon, WA in 1950 where she was a homemaker. In 2003 she moved back to Camas to be closer to family. She was preceded in death by her husband, John in 1991. She is survived by her son, John Asher of Camas; daughter Tamara Orozco of Billings, MT; brothers, William Hunt of Nebraska and Al Hunt of Ridgefield, WA; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 13 at 1pm at the Camas Cemetery. Straub's Funeral Home & Columbia River Cremation in Camas is in charge of the arrangements.
