Mary Ann Spoltman, 83, passed away Monday, June 22, 2009 at Hospice Home in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, she graduated from Central Catholic High School and retired from Hyponex in 1989. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. She is survived by her children, Steve (Patricia) Spoltman of Fort Wayne, Carol (John) Litten of Lacey, WA, Mary Ellen (Earl) Moss of Fort Wayne, and David (Karen) Spoltman of Maineville, OH; 9 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Clement, and Marie Gibson; husband, John F. Spoltman; daughter, infant Sharon Ann Spoltman; and brother, Clement Gibson. Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Friday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 10700 Aboite Center Road with calling one hour prior, Fr. James A. Shafer officiating. Calling also from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road with Rosary at 7:30 p.m. Burial in Catholic Cemetery.
