POTTS, MaryAnn (nee Marino) of Woodbury Heights, NJ, passed away suddenly on November 21, 2012 at the age of 54.

Legacy

A strong willed, loving and compassionate woman, MaryAnn's life was spent lovingly taking care of others. She was devoted to her family and friends and would help in anyway possible. MaryAnn's true values were evident in her devotion and care to her daughter Stephanie and Stephanie's special needs. MaryAnn was the driving force behind getting everything done. She was instrumental in coordinating the All Class Reunions in West Deptford for the past five years. In her spare time, MaryAnn enjoyed photography, traveling and finding a great bargain. MaryAnn left a lasting, loving imprint on all that she knew and will be sadly missed. Born in Philadelphia, PA, MaryAnn was a resident of Woodbury Heights for the past 30 years. She was a dedicated nurse and was employed by Main Line Home Health Care for 33 years.

Family

Devoted mother of James Potts and the late, Stephanie Potts; Loving daughter of Sara (nee Cali) and the late Anthony Marino; dear sister of Anthony Marino (Patti Lennox) and loving companion of Michael Hogan. MaryAnn is also survived by her devoted dog, Sugar.

Farewell Service

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Wednesday, 6:00 - 9:00 PM and Thursday 8: 00—9:00 AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter St., Woodbury. Mass 10:00 AM at Infant Jesus Parish at St. Margaret's RC Church, Third and Beech Street, Woodbury Heights, NJ. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Swedesboro, NJ. In honor of MaryAnn's many years of nursing and caretaking of so many, a "Nightingale Tribute" will be presented at the end of her viewing on Wednesday. A"Nightingale Tribute" is a trbute to any registered or licensed practical nurse for their years of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hollydell TOP, 610 Hollydell Drive, Hurffville, NJ 08080, The Children's Hospital, NeuroOncology Research Fund, 3400 Civic Center Blvd., Building Wood 4, Philadelphia, PA 19104 or in memory of MayAnn's giving spirit, you may bring an unwrapped toy for the "Toys for Tots" toy drive, to the funeral home.
