Maureen Brannon Marceron, age 51 of Nokesville, VA died on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville, VA.

Maureen was the daughter of the late R.W. Brannon and Marie Louise Manon Brannon. She had lived in the Manassas area all of her life and was a history teacher for the Juvenile Detention Home. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and was dedicated to her family and friends.

Survivors include her loving husband William G. Marceron; her sons John Gerald Marceron and wife Samantha and James Calvin Marceron; her mother Margaret Brannon; her brothers Timothy and Michael Brannon; her sisters Audra Wiltshire, Patsy Brannon and Kathleen Whitson and by one grandson Gabriel Marceron

The family will receive friends at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 from 6-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 12975 Purcell Road, Manassas, VA with Father Mike Bazan officiating on Thursday, March 3, 2011 at 11:00 AM Interment will follow after the mass.

Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in memory of Maureen Marceron.
