Maureen E. Vecere, 43, of Columbus, died Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Samaritan Hospice at Virtua Hospital, Mount Holly, NJ. Born in Weymouth, MA, Maureen was raised in Massachusetts for most of her early years. She later resided in Florida before moving to New Jersey. Maureen was a devoted member of the Grace Alliance Chapel and was a loving, "Amazing" and devoted Mother who enjoyed both gardening and bird watching. She was the Chief Financial Officer for Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation and loved her job and her colleagues. Maureen will always be remembered by all for her integrity and strength. She is survived by her husband, Rafe Vecere; her children, Hope Elizabeth and Hayden Anthony Vecere; her parents, Richard T. Coady and Rosemary E. O'Brien; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Mark and Marie Coady, Daniel and Melissa Coady, Matthew and Natalie Coady; her sisters-in-law and their husbands, Renee Sapnar, Denise and Tim McElroy, Michelle Vecere, Corrine and Craig Sisler; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Phillip and Gayle Vecere; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends. A Celebration of Maureen's life will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Princeton Alliance Church, 20 Schalks Crossing Road, Plainsboro, NJ 08536. Interment will be private and there will be no public calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the "Hope and Hayden Vecere Educational Fund". Arrangements are under the direction of the Saul Memorial Home, 1740 Greenwood Avenue, Hamilton, NJ. 08609.
