Michael was born on November 8, 1962 and passed away on Friday, July 27, 2012.
Michael was a resident of Richmond, Kentucky at the time of his passing.
Funeral services for Michael will be at 11:00 A.M. on Monday July 30, 2012 at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Bro. Greg King officiating. Burial will follow at Madison County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. Sunday July 29, 2012 at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made the Michael Smith Funeral Fund at PNC Bank.
