Michael J. Darby, 55 of Brooksville passed away on April 5, 2010 at Shand’s Hospital in Gainesville. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland and came here 53 years ago. He was Catholic by faith, and worked as a tile setter for a living, his favorite past-time was hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
He is predeceased by his mother Betty Darby and his brother John Darby.
He is survived by his daughter; Patricia Darby of Perry, FL., father; Thomas Darby, Sr., of Brooksville, sister; Beth Edwards of Perry, FL.,
2 brothers; Tom Darby, Jr. of Cleveland, GA. And Patrick Darby of Brooksville, and Companion; Mary Darby of Brooksville.
A Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at 1:30 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church.
