Michael Krouchick, age 54, of Duryea, died Sunday morning at the at Moses Taylor Hospital. Born on October 9, 1956 in Scranton he was the son of the late John and Catherine Koschak Krouchick. He was a graduate to West Scranton High School. He was a loving father and grandfather and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He is survived by two sons, Michael Krouchick and his companion Dianna Ocasio of Taylor and Jason Krouchick and his wife Jaime of Old Forge, a grandson Logan Krouchick, two brothers Paul Krouchick of California and Christopher Krouchick and his wife Ann of Scranton, four sisters, Joanne and Mary Krouchick both of Scranton, Suzanne Swartz and her husband Daniel of Dalton, Kathie Pregmon and her husband Jim of Dunmore, his former wife Mary Mills Quick of Taylor and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers Johna dn Brian and a sister Mary Ellen Krouchick Funeral services will be held Wednesday evening at 8:00 P.M. in the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 517 N. Main Street, Old Forge by the Rev. James A. Wert. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00 P.M. until service time.
