Michael M. Quan passed away in San Francisco, November 19, 2011. Beloved husband of Jeanette C. Quan; loving father of Christopher, Elliott, and Ryan Quan; devoted grandfather of Melanie J. Quan, Ashley M. Quan, and Sophia M. Quan; dear brother of Wesley, Peter, Paul, Steven, and James Quan; Florence Tsui, and Frances Jang; loving father-in-law of Carol and Jennifer. A native of San Francisco, Born November 29, 1936. Mr. Quan served honorably as a U.S. Air Force reservist; he earned his B.A. from San Francisco State University and worked for 35 years for the City and County of San Francisco as a chemist.
