Michael was born on August 20, 1936 and passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2010.

Michael was a resident of Peoria, Illinois at the time of his passing.

He received a B.S. in Labor Relations from Manhattan College in 1957, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from The University of Notre Dame Law School in 1964.

He served in the United States Army from 1958-1961, including 14 months in the Korean Theater, where he was an artillery forward observer.

He is survived by his wife Maria.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday April 9, 2010 at Holy Family Catholic Church. Franciscan Friars officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Wright & Salmon Mortuary with a scripture service at 7:45 p.m. Further visitation will be 30 minutes before the services at the church on Friday. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, to the University of Notre Dame Law School, or Holy Family Catholic Church.
