Mildred S. Klotz, 94, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2009 at the Laurels of Dekalb. Born in Fort Wayne, she was a sales representative with L.S. Ayers for 10 years, retiring in 1979. She also helped her husband and son establish and build Klotz Synethic Lubricants. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, past president, vice president, secretary and Chaplain of Alpha Chapter of Gamma Nu. She loved her family & cherished the grandchildren and enjoyed shopping & garage sales. She lived life to the max. Surviving are her, son, John C. Klotz, Jr. of Fort Wayne; daughters, June (Rodney) Ronding of Houston, TX, Frances J. Addington of Fremont, IN; 15 grandchildren & 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey & Lena Slater, husband John C. Klotz, Sr., in 2001 daughter, Mary R. Henderson, 4 brothers & 2 sisters. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30am Friday at St. Peter Catholic Church, 518 E. DeWald St, Fr. Phillip A. Widmann, calling 1 hour prior. Callings also Thursday, 2 to 5 & 7 to 9 pm at Mungovan and Sons Memorial Chapel , 2114 South Calhoun Street, rosary at 4:30pm. Burial in Catholic Cemetery , Fort Wayne, Indiana.
