Mildred Tulisiak, 88 of Medina passed away on Friday, April 23, 2010 at Hospice of Medina County at The Inn. She was born October 28, 1921 in Cleveland to Michael and Helen (nee Sutkowy) Maresko and was a homemaker. She attended St. Francis De Sales Church in Parma and enjoyed her family. Mrs. Tulisiak is survived by her husband, George; her children, Dr. Terry (Marita) Tulisiak, Dr. Tom (Judy) Tulisiak, and Cindy (Greg) Nemec; her sister Helen (John) Koval; her grandchildren, Kelly (Matt) Stepnowsky, Kate, Kyle, Alexandra, Christopher, Samantha, Leann, Christina (Steve) Paff, and Melissa; and her great-granddaughter, Zadie. She was preceded in death by her parents Michael and Helen Maresko; her siblings Mary, Katherine, Anne, and Steve. Friends may call on Sunday, April 25, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, Medina. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 26, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Francis Xavier Church in Medina. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Cleveland. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association and Hospice of Medina.
