MILFORD A. WHITESELL, 63, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away September 16, 2011. Mr. Whitesell was born in Liberty, Missouri. He was retired from the U.S. Navy and previously served in the Army, seeing action in Vietnam. When he made a friend, they were friends for life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Milburn and Daisy Lee Wilkerson Whitesell; a brother, Raymond Whitesell; sisters, Claudine Finter and Shirley Black. Survivors include his wife, Mildred (Ruth) Whitesell; his daughters and sons-in-law, Christina & Denny Persall, and Wendy & Eric Morales, all of Liberty, Missouri; a brother, Milton Whitesell of Smithville, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Travis Persall, Ashley and Daniel Crowley, Eric Morales Jr. and Alek Morales; a great grandson, Caedon Crowley; and many nieces and nephews.
