Mitchell Travis Meyers WEST POINT – On January 1, 2010 we lost our beloved, son, father, brother, sweetheart and friend, Mitchell Travis Meyers, 26, born on May 24, 1983 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Rob Meyers and Tamera Davis. Mitch grew up in West Point and attended Clearfield High School. He worked in the construction and tree maintenance industries and was a very hard worker. Mitch was a fun loving person and always the life of the party. He enjoyed times with family and friends. Any day fishing was a good day for Mitch. All he ever wanted was a beautiful little girl and he was the best Daddy ever. He was a loving man and would do anything for anyone. Survived by his precious daughter Kiya Lee Meyers, his sweetheart Kiera Phipps, father Rob (Pappi) Meyers, step-father, Steve Flint, mother, Tamera, brothers, Ryan and Greg and sister, Kay. Also survived by his grandmother, Pat Meyers, great-grandmother, Myrtle Hauser, grandpa and grandma Davis, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald Meyers, aunt, Sheree Meyers, great-grandma Ida and grandma and grandpa Flint. Memorial services will be held Monday, January 11, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West. Visitation is from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, West Point Cemetery. We'll love you forever, Kiya, Kiera, Pappi and Papa.
