Nancy Mauch, 49, Whiting, Iowa passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at
Burgess Health Center at Onawa, Iowa. She had suffered a number of years
with Takayasu Arteritis disease.

A funeral mass will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 8, 2010 at St. John's
Catholic Church at Onawa with Father Raymond Wieling celebrant. Burial
will be in St. Clair Cemetery at Ute, Iowa. Visitation will be 5:00 -
8:00 p.m. Thursday with a scripture prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Rush
Family Care Service at Onawa.

Nancy Ann was born October 7, 1960 at Lebanon, Illinois, the daughter of
Donald and Masako (Kubo) Green. Her father was career military; so the
family lived at many locations. In her lifetime, she visited 27 states.
She was a certified medical assistant and worked in several nursing
homes.

Nancy and David Mauch were united in marriage March 2, 1982 at Denison, Iowa.

Nancy was a loving and caring woman who devoted her life to her family
and grandkids. She enjoyed life and loved to laugh especially at a great
joke. She loved the outdoors, riding horseback and caring for her dogs.

Survivors include her husband, Dave of Whiting, IA; four children, Chris
Mauch and his special friend Jena of Albion, NE, Elizabeth (Mauch) and
her husband John Hadcock of Wayne, NE, Ryan and his wife Lisa Mauch of
Ute, IA and Sarah (Mauch) Young of Whiting; 6 grandchildren, Gavin,
Whitney, Shelby, Riley, Kaydence and Braden; her mother, Masako Green of
Ute and three brothers, Phil Green of Pilger, NE, Dave Green of Vail, IA
and Jim Green of Phoenix, AZ.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Green; an infant son,
Anthony Mauch; her grandparents; father-in-law, Marvin Mauch, Sr.; step
father-in-law, Lloyd Snow and niece, Stephanie Owens.
