Nellie M. Trask, 87, passed away August 3, 2011, at her home surrounded by her family. A native of Mexico, ME, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Madeline Botkos. Nell followed her husband throughout his naval career of 20 years. After her travels, she was proud to work at a number of banks in Hampton Roads. She was a proud, loving wife who was a selfless, giving person, always putting others ahead of herself. Upon retiring, Nell and her husband traveled the country in their RV, seeing the lower 48 states and Canada and enjoyed camping along the way. She was a devoted member of Holy Family Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Mason Trask, Sr.; three sons, Michael L., Roger S. and Mason Jr. and his wife Melissa Trask; ten grandchildren, Chris, Michelle, Matthew, Cori, Casey, Megan, Ryan, Steven, Timmy and Taylor; and a great granddaughter, Natalie. She was predeceased by a grandson, Christopher Mason Trask, Jr. A funeral mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church on Tuesday at 11 a.m. The interment will follow in Princess Anne Memorial Park.
