Noel Roxas, beloved pastor, father, husband and friend, ran the good race and is now with the Lord. Born July 7, 1954, Noel grew up in Manila, Philippines surrounded by his parents, three brothers and three sisters. Noel served the community as a pastor planting numerous churches around the west coast and most recently at Great Commission Fil-Am Church. This past year, he was recognized as one of several church planters of the year at the California Southern Baptist Convention. Noel was survived by his wife, Judy and children, Melissa, Ryan and Faith.
