Mr. Norman K. "Buddy" Hauk, II, 63, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away 4:03 P.M., Sunday, January 15, 2012. Born May 20, 1948 in Shippensburg, PA, he was the son of Norman K. Hauk, I and the late Thelma J. (Beam) Hauk. Mr. Hauk graduated from Waynesboro Area Senior High School with the class of 1966. He and his wife of over 41 years, Patsy "Patt" (Wise) Hauk, were married on April 25, 1970 in Waynesboro. Mr. Hauk worked as a mountain host at Whitetail Ski Resort, Mercersburg. He was also a fulltime minister. He enjoyed snowboarding, skiing, horseback riding, and spending time with his family. In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by three daughters, Patti Hengst, Cinnamon Singrey, and Mercedes Miller; three grandchildren, Zoie, Elijah, and Tristan; and one brother, Kenneth Hauk. Services will be held at 6:00 P.M., Friday, January 20, 2012, in Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3901 Waynecastle Road, Waynesboro. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
