Mr. Oliver Johnson, age 77 of Mansfield, Georgia formerly of McDonough passed away January 29, 2012. He was born in Hazlehurst, Georgia to the late Leona Googe Johnson. He was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Gromme. He served his country in the United States Army and was owner of Interstate Ford, now Legacy Ford. After retirement, Oliver lived in Costa Rica for two years. He enjoyed walking and fishing. Survivors include his sons, Mike and Chuck Johnson; granddaughters, Danni and Cassidy Johnson. Memorial services will be conducted Friday, February 3, 2012 at 7:00 PM from the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Friends may visit the family one hour prior to the service. Contributions are asked to be made to Vista Care Hospice, 550 Peachtree Street, NE, Atlanta, GA 30308 in memory of Oliver Johnson.
