Ondrey Bell age 55 of Arlington, Texas passed away May 7, 2011. Born January 9, 1956 to Oscar and Minnie Bell in Flint, MI. He attended Born Again Faith Church Dallas before joining Divine Grace Church in Arlington, Texas. For nineteen years (May 2, 1992 - May 7, 2011) Ondrey has been married to his lovely wife Janet Barber.
Until his death Ondrey served in many ministries of the church including, Outreach Ministry, Men's Ministry and the Maintenance Ministry. Ondrey served the lord with joyfulness and gladness of heart. One thing that was unique about Ondrey is that, he had a loyalty that goes far beyond his feelings. He was so much cherished by the leaders and members of Diviine grace Church for his unreserved preparedness to do whatever he was asked to do and he always wanted to do more for the Lord; One instance was going before the Arlington City Mayor, the councilors, the City Attorney and the Commissioners to petition the rezoning at 677 East Interstate 20 to include church uses. His petitioned was among those which moved the city to rezone the property which is now the new location for his dear church (Divine Grace Church).
Ondrey is preceded in death by his father Oscar Bell, Sr.; mother, Minnie Bell; one brother, Oscar Bell, Jr.; he leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Janet Bell; five children, Oshondre Brewton, Ondrey Bell, Jr., Ladonte Bell, Christopher Evans, and Andrea Bell; eleven grandchildren; 10 brothers and sisters, Louelle Greene, Roddy Bell, Renee Norris, Elaine Banks, Ricky Bell, Betty Bell, Paulette Bell, Mamie, Darrell Bell, and Sheila Bell.
