Mrs. Ortencia Medrano

Ortencia Riojas Medrano, 88, joined her sons in Heaven on Sunday, August 21, 2011. She is preceded in death by her sons, Ramiro, Jr., and Phillip; mother, Martina Vera. Ortencia is survived by her husband, Eleno Medrano, Jr.; children, Helen Riojas Cruz (Santos), and Gilbert Riojas (Rose); sister, Julia Hernandez (Tony); 12 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 from 4-9 PM, at Crespo Funeral Home – Navigation Chapel, with a Rosary being recited at 7 PM. The funeral will depart on Thursday, August 25, 2011 at 9:30 AM, for a 10 AM mass at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
