Mr. Oscar Willie Green peacefully passed away on October 5, 2011 in Houston, Texas. He was born September 14, 1927 in La Grange, Texas to Oscar Willie Green Sr. and Rosetta Fields Green. Oscar leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 40 years, Barbara Green; son James Green; daughters Gloria Wong, Jackie Walton and Karen Joseph; brother, Van Polk; mother-in-law, Octavia Wheeler. He was preceded in death by his son, Oscar Green IV and brother, James Green.
