McIlhany, Pamela Buchanan, age 69, of Dallas, Texas passed away peacefully on 2/8/2012 at her home. She was born on 4/3/1942 in Wichita, Kansas to her parents, John and Katherine Buchanan. Pamela was the oldest of two sisters. She studied journalism at Texas Tech. She married Hugh McIlhany in Dallas, Texas on 9/16/1961. They had two children. She was a longtime resident of Dallas, Texas. Pamela was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church. She enjoyed reading, playing bridge with her friends, fine dining and her family. Pamela will be remembered by her children Debbie McIlhany (49) and Kevin McIlhany (44). She is also survived by her sister, Cindy Buchanan. She was predeceased in death by her loving husband, Hugh M. McIlhany. Relatives and friends are invited to a service of remembrance for Pamela at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 11th at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
