Paul A. Coomer, age 58, of Lowell, IN, formerly of Bedford Park, IL, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2009 at St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart, IN.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Darlene, 2 children, Jesse and Lilee Coomer, parents, Paul and Marydella Coomer of Bedford Park, IL, mother-in-law, Doris Ruth Nieman of Bedford Park, IL, brother, Richard (Carol) Coomer of St. Paul, MN, brothers-in-law Ed (Jan) Nieman and Greg (Becky) Nieman, various aunts, uncles and cousins, God-children, Nicole Allen and Jennifer Pisterzi and special cousin, Michael Allen.

A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, June 14, 2009 at 4:00 PM at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 250 S. Indiana Av, Crown Point, IN, with Pastor David Easterday officiating.

Paul was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Crown Point and was currently working at Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad with over 35 years of service.
