PAUL DOAN Paul Doan, of Washougal, passed away on December 13, 2011 at the age of 89. He was born on July 9, 1922 in Long Beach, CA. Paul served in the Army during WWII and moved to the Camas/Washougal area in 1953. He was a man of deep faith and was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Washougal. Paul was a funny, gentle, giving man who had many friends. He also had a beautiful tenor voice. Paul's first wife, Marjorie passed away in 2004 and he would re-marry on January 12, 2006 to Elaine Burton. He is survived by wife, Elaine; daughters, Nancy McKean of Camas, Kathi (Steve) Schell of Washougal and granddaughter, Brooke McKean. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 11:30AM at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Washougal. Inurnment will be at the Camas Cemetery.
