LIAU, Pee-Yu “Peggy” (Lin)- Of Belmont, died on December 22, 2008 at the Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge. She was the beloved wife of the late Ben Liau.
Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Mrs. Liau was the daughter of the late Tien-Lai and Fu (Kao) Liau.
She is survived by her sons, Hsin-Lung Liao and his wife May-Yo Chen Liao of Brossad, Quebec; Zong-Long Liau and his wife Jane-Jane Chen Liau of Belmont; and her daughter Shio-Ju Liau Ting and her husband Ming-Der Ting of Taipei, Taiwan. She is also survived by her grandsons: Albert Ai-Bor Liau, Billy Bor-Yee Liao, Brian Bor-Jen Liau; and her granddaughters: Shirley Shin-Ying Liao, Jia-Ying Ting, Jia-Yu Ting.
Funeral services for Mrs. Liau will be held at the Stanton Funeral Home, 786 Mount Auburn Street (Route 16), Watertown on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A visitation will take place prior to the funeral service at 10:00 A.M.
